Crappy Background Tutorial

~xxxKrissKrossxxx commented about the background of one of my commissions and I proceeded to tell her that I will make her a tutorial, so I did it before I forget lol and I titled it so lovingly

The tutorial was made in Photoshop CS3, but I'm sure any version will work. I didn't do anything too too fancy.
